She also provided guidance to Zime.ai for AI Sales Coaching, focusing on pilot launches and product enhancement to support business development strategies.

John “Small Mountain” Hill

John “Small Mountain” Hill, founder of Adapted Growth and author of Selling From Scratch, has been selling in one form or another for over 20 years. He has worked in numerous industries, selling everything from cheap perfume to high-cost medical devices. However, once he entered the entrepreneurial realm in 2013, he realized he still had a lot to learn about selling in the B2B space.

John immediately began learning all he could. That led to his passion for helping others find their own levels of growth. After extensive sales training, independent learning, and a lot of experience, he developed a coaching system to help anyone sell better and more confidently. But his approach is best suited for founders and entrepreneurs who don’t want to ‘sell.’

His sales consulting and coaching company, started in 2018, helps founders and entrepreneurs increase their revenue and create long-lasting relationships with clients and network partners.

By focusing on authentic communication and actionable, data-driven processes, he helps both founders and salespeople have comfortable, trust-building conversations that efficiently close qualified deals. Just as importantly, his sales method also involves guiding leaders in crafting the right messaging, enabling them to find better-aligned leads and scale their business more quickly.

  • Day 1: Tuesday, August 12 – doors open at 8:45 AM – 5 PM
  • Day 2: Wednesday, August 13 – doors open at 8:45 AM – 5 PM
  • Apres Outbound Happy Hour each evening
  • For out-of-town guests, please plan to arrive the day prior on Monday, Aug. 11th.
  • We have a special rate of $189/nt all fees included and room block at Kimpton: Monaco Hotel Denver. Booking link here.
  • There are several other hotel options near the Tabor Center including:

  • Parking at Tabor Center is available for attendees complimentary of Silicon Valley Bank with parking ticket validated.
  • Please plan departures accordingly to allow full attendance to Day 2; we will have a special closing activity you don’t want to miss. We recommend departing on Thursday morning.  If Wednesday departures are a must, please plan flights at 7 pm or later. Denver International Airport is roughly 30 minutes from the Event Location.
  • There is a train that runs between Denver International Airport and Union Station in Downtown that is easy, very convenient, and $10.
  • Coffee and lunch will be provided both days.
